Clarity of Thought
At August, any task imposed upon me was never upto the mark.
Our founder always blasted me to bits.
'Divith, this is incomplete.'
'Divith, 10/10 isn't enough, 12/10 is what we need.'
But most often, it always resulted in one feedback: you need to build clarity of thought.
This always, always, always baffled me.
Clarity of thought?
What on earth does that mean?
Think clearer, first principles, this jargon circulates around twt like no tomorrow. And for a non-tech individual, these terms imply - deep work, thereby warranting their existence.
Yet, they do ring some truth.
It took me more than a year to come to this conclusion.
Clarity of thought is but three commitments:
- A commitment to simplicity.
- A commitment to decisiveness.
- A commitment to humility.
People tend to always violate one of the three. Everyone is guilty of it. Some more than the others.
To be the 1%, the goal is simple. Minimize it.
