D Mentality

D is someone who unequivocally is against progress.

He admonishes new technology to the extent that he'd rather stay steadfast than adopt and experiment.

D is someone who is anti-social, who tends to expect the world to conform to his beliefs. To work around his schedule and embrace his worldview.

For D, a semblance of power through being curt & rude, through surrounding himself with yes-men and behaving like a false prophet, does he survive?

D takes great pride in his work, but will complain when his work is rejected. He'd rather make himself believe he's right than face the world and accept its changing nature.

D will belittle you. The grounds for it? You choose to adopt/do something that runs contrary to their beliefs.

D is lonely. Not by choice, but he believes so. D is despised at work, is cursed at shamelessly, but D believes it's only because he's right.

D will not succeed, and would choose to lead a middling life if it means he gets his way.

I pity D.

Don't be D.
